With Mon Manpower, Manpower takes the relationship between temporary contractors and employers to next level
According to the French Employment Center: Pôle Emploi (in a report from January 2015), today, near half of temporary workers (44,4%) is under 30 and 60% under 40. This younger population is more connected and more mobile than ever and then, has new expectations.
To offer to his temporary workers a more complete and more adapted service, the specialized-society Manpower asked Applidium to develop a mobile service for iOS and Android to rethink the agency-workers relationship and to assist them day-to-day.
This new tool is an exclusivity regarding an employment who is more temporary, more fragmented and more mobile.
With Mon Manpower, the temporary workers can now easily manage their missions and have a new communication channel with their employers. Then this new solution offers a greater proximity between Manpower and the temporary workers who use the app
A new communication channel
Within the app, a Manpower worker can indicate in real-time his availability dates to increase his mission opportunities. A quick access to all useful-information regarding his missions allows him to prepare his first day and route to work. The follow-up of his activity history, his salaries and his advantages is simplified.
Stay in sync with the temporary workers needs
The app also uses a customized calendar to quickly visualize the activity history. And last but not least the offline-mode allows in case of a low-connection – and that’s quite often in a mobile usage – to access to essential information.
